I’m a classically-trained artist, having studied oil painting and ceramics in my undergrad at the School of Visual Arts in New York.

With the pandemic, I had an opportunity to really dive deep into my fine art; I painted every day for nine months, honing my Fantastic Realism techniques, creating structure and an architecture of reality on an otherwise flat plane of space. This drawing was informed by that process of structure, shadow, and light– a wonderful field to play in!
