I have always been interested in mandalas and kaleidoscopes for their conveyance of depth & the transient quality of quicksilver changes, like in my body-as-artwork. And in the Weaver, it’s the body that has become the mandala. Through Mischtechnik layers, we can see what the weaver sees while creating those patterns in the ethers and orchestrating the dance of life, reflecting our own connection to the stories of the cosmos in our stories of humans on this planet.  We are witnessing the weaver & catching glimpses of the patterns and their meanings… if we are paying attention.
